Set it to optional the connections succeed so it is definitely a authentication problem. Looking at a network trace from the NetScaler, it appears that the API connection is not sending a certificate as the one certificate I can see in the trace is the server certificate sent from the NetScaler to the API. There has been no configuration change on the NetScaler end and as far as I can determine no configuration changes within the management portal either. We have configured mutual authentication using 3rd party certificates between the API Management and our NetScaler load balances.Įverything has been working fine until yesterday when connections just stopped working.
